Usage: Apply Keratin Mascara to the clean eyelashes and eyebrows. Leave it on.

Usage: Spray some water on the brush (not the soap directly). Dip your brow brush into soap and lightly coat the bristles with product. Brush mixture through your brows, flicking upward and outward to create a feathered look. This brow soap can be worn alone or paired with your
favorite brow makeup.
